About Weekend Loaf
Weekend Loaf was born from a love for bold spices and slow baking. We believe bread should taste like something — warm cumin, toasted coriander, fresh herbs — not like a shelf.
Every loaf is mixed by hand, proofed overnight, and baked in small batches right here in Texas. We bake on weekends, which means each order is made with the kind of care that only comes when you're not rushing. No preservatives, no additives — just clean ingredients and tradition.
We started baking because we couldn't find artisan masala bread with real flavor anywhere nearby. Now we dedicate our weekends to crafting small batches for our community in Leander / Austin.
